Participation in the convention does not automatically mean that all models want to be photographed.Models have the right to choose whether or not to participate in bondage or bondage-related performances or photo shoots at the convention. Models are responsible for their own welfare and safety. Models are encouraged to report any problems with photographers, producers and/or fans to a representative of the Organiser.Neither the Organiser, its employees, its members, Zenith, nor the sponsors of the Convention or any Convention-related events shall be responsible or liable for any claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any dealings or actions that take place in private hotel rooms or at private parties.Models are strongly advised to check the credentials of the person taking the photo and to have someone they know and trust present during the photo shoot. Excluded from this are only private shootings with models. In this case, the model's written consent to publication is sufficient. The organiser reserves the right to prohibit publication if other, possibly uninvolved persons can be recognised on the material. Only photographic material published on the official BoundCon homepage may be used without restriction for advertising and promotional purposes.
  13. All persons participating in any workshop or demonstration during the Convention weekend must be cleared by the Organiser, which is expressly intended to ensure (among other things) that participants in all workshops and demonstrations release the Organiser, its members, agents, employees, representatives, associations and owners, as well as Zenith from liability for any and all damages and claims arising from participation in the workshops and demonstrations, including claims for damages, costs, expenses relating to personal injury, property damage or wrongful death. No one is allowed to start a demonstration or participate in a workshop without first having the required clearance. Any participation in any impromptu demonstrations or other play activities is at the sole risk and under exclusion of any liability by the Organiser and its participants.
  14. The Organiser reserves the right to alter, amend or modify any or all of these General Rules at its sole discretion.
  15. In addition, the general requirements of the Munich Public Order Office apply.
