House Rules

  1. Participants must be at least 18 years old to be admitted to BoundCon. In case of doubt, admission may be refused without proof of age.
  2. By entering the event, the attendee agrees that the organiser, its employees, its assistants, Zenith, convention sponsors or any convention related events are not responsible or liable for any claims, actions, damages, including costs or other expenses and not excluding personal injury, wrongful death, or property damage for any participation during the duration of the event.
  3. It is mandatory to comply with the following event dress and etiquette code:

    • No complete nudity except for performances on any of the stages as part of the show programme.
    • No exposed genitalia
    • Breasts and nipples may be exposed within the event hall.
    • Visitors wishing to attend the show in appropriate fetish outfits are requested to wear street clothes outside the Zenith site. Inside the grounds, the wearing of fetish clothing is possible without any problems. Therefore is also a cloakroom and changing facilities in the hall.
    • Attempted or consummated sexual intercourse is prohibited and will result in immediate exclusion from the event.
  4. In the event of a breach of the dress code, admission will be withdrawn with immediate effect - no compensation or refund of prepaid fees will be made.
  5. Photo shoots are prohibited outside the specially marked areas on the entire grounds of Boundcon.
    Exceptions are specially marked and provided with a traffic light system.
    The photographs may not be used commercially.
    The use of flash and continuous light is prohibited.
    Uninvolved persons and visitors who have not explicitly agreed to be photographed may neither be photographed nor be visible in the background.
    Beyond the stage ALL photographed persons must actively agree to the photo shooting.
    Boundcon employs its own photographers and videographers, who are identified as such with a T-shirt and/or badge. They are assigned to document the fair and the stage events. For this purpose they are allowed to take pictures everywhere without restrictions. Guests and/or visitors will also be shown recognizably by our employees only with their express consent.
  6. Video cameras are not allowed at any event. The organiser reserves the right to remove anyone using a video camera and/or revoke further authorisation for the convention. There will be 2-3 cameramen at the event, they are appointed and authorised by the organiser.
  7. Models have the right to prohibit any person from photographing them. Anyone wishing to photograph a model must ask the model or an authorised person for permission in advance. The only exception to this rule is when permission to photograph certain models in a signposted area is clearly posted. Please always respect the privacy of the models. Participation in the convention does not automatically mean that all models want to be photographed.Models have the right to choose whether or not to participate in bondage or bondage-related performances or photo shoots at the convention. Models are responsible for their own welfare and safety. Models are encouraged to report any problems with photographers, producers and/or fans to a representative of the Organiser.Neither the Organiser, its employees, its members, Zenith, nor the sponsors of the Convention or any Convention-related events shall be responsible or liable for any claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any dealings or actions that take place in private hotel rooms or at private parties.Models are strongly advised to check the credentials of the person taking the photo and to have someone they know and trust present during the photo shoot. You should also remove any doubts before agreeing to a private photo shoot.
  8. Any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.
  9. Tickets purchased will be voided upon entry to the event. On leaving the hall, the ticket loses its validity. On re-entry, the ticket will be stamped by the bouncer or security staff. The tear-off or admission ticket must be kept for the duration of the event and presented on request of the security staff.
  10. Visitors with VIP tickets will receive coloured VIP wristbands, which they must carry with them at all times in the exhibition hall. These must be shown on entering the VIP Zone on request of security or the organiser. Passing on the wristbands is not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the event.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any person who appears to be disruptive or who poses a risk to the welfare of other participants and/or to refuse permission to attend the Convention and/or any or all associated events.
  12. We expressly point out that all picture and sound material taken inside the exhibition halls may only be published with the written consent of the organiser. The publication of unlicensed pictures on the internet already constitutes a publication. Violations will be subject to a penalty of € 5,000 and will be reported to the police. Excluded from this are only private shootings with models. In this case, the model's written consent to publication is sufficient. The organiser reserves the right to prohibit publication if other, possibly uninvolved persons can be recognised on the material. Only photographic material published on the official BoundCon homepage www.BoundCon.com may be used without restriction for advertising and promotional purposes.
  13. All persons participating in any workshop or demonstration during the Convention weekend must be cleared by the Organiser, which is expressly intended to ensure (among other things) that participants in all workshops and demonstrations release the Organiser, its members, agents, employees, representatives, associations and owners, as well as Zenith from liability for any and all damages and claims arising from participation in the workshops and demonstrations, including claims for damages, costs, expenses relating to personal injury, property damage or wrongful death. No one is allowed to start a demonstration or participate in a workshop without first having the required clearance. Any participation in any impromptu demonstrations or other play activities is at the sole risk and under exclusion of any liability by the Organiser and its participants.
  14. The Organiser reserves the right to alter, amend or modify any or all of these General Rules at its sole discretion.
  15. In addition, the general requirements of the Munich Public Order Office apply.
